We can base it on how much time you have but we like to allow about 30-45 minutes for meal prep. We can also set up a plan for you that allows meal prep once a week to prepare you for the week.
Of course not! We are human and love eating out to try new foods and tasty treats! We will set up a plan that helps you understand portion control so you can enjoy a night out without busting your calorie budget.
Not to worry! We can always make substitutions in a recipe to accommodate for any food you don’t like!
